Prices given are intended as guidelines. We would be happy to make you a personal offer. In order to guarantee your bookings/reservations, we request a deposit of € 250.00 per apartment.

On departure day, apartments must be vacated by no later than 9 am.
Check-in is after 3 pm. If you expect to arrive later than 6 pm, please let us know in advance.

Please note that the entire house, including the apartments, is no-smoking!
Please wear only slippers, not street shoes, in your apartment!

We do not accept credit cards. We request that you pay the amount due in cash during the course of your stay.

In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge you the full amount for your original booking, since we will be unable to rent out the apartment at short notice.

Furthermore, all bookings are handled in accordance with guidelines established by the Austrian Hoteliers’ Association. 

• prior to 3 months before scheduled arrival date: no cancellation penalty
• prior to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the total price
• up to 1 week prior to arrival date: 70% of the total price
• in the last week prior to arrival date: 90% of the total price

If you do, in fact, need to cancel, please notify us in writing immediately.
