In Apartment 1, you have — in addition to the entrance area/wardrobe — two separate bedrooms, both with south-facing balconies and cable flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms also has a washbasin. The kitchen includes a cozy dining nook and a flat-screen TV with DVD. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate.
