General information

• On the day of departure, apartments must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. Please leave the apartments swept clean; otherwise, a fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
• Check-in from 2:00 p.m.; if you arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please let us know briefly.
• Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house or in the apartments!
• No street shoes in the apartments. Please use house slippers!
• Credit cards are not accepted. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount in cash during your stay or in advance by bank transfer.
• If you arrive late or leave early, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking, as we cannot re-rent the apartment at short notice.

• Up to 3 months before the arrival date: no cancellation fee
• Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total price
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total price
• In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total price
